Information We Collect
When you place an order, book a service, submit a part request, or create an account, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and details about your vehicle (make, model, year and registration where relevant). If you create an account, your login credentials are stored securely — passwords are never stored in plain text. When you pay online, your payment is processed directly by Paynow Zimbabwe; we do not collect or store your card or mobile money details ourselves.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process orders, fulfil service and part requests, confirm bookings, communicate with you about the status of your order or appointment, and improve the parts and services we offer. If you leave a guest order using an email address you later register an account with, we link that order history to your account automatically so you can track it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment Information
Online payments are processed by Paynow Zimbabwe, a licensed third-party payment gateway supporting EcoCash, OneMoney and major bank cards. Motion Subaru never sees or stores your card number, mobile money PIN, or other payment credentials — these are handled entirely within Paynow's secure environment, and your order is only marked as paid once Paynow confirms the transaction to us.
Cookies & Site Functionality
This website uses essential cookies and session storage to keep you logged in, remember the contents of your cart, and protect forms against fraudulent submission (CSRF protection). We don't use these to track you across other websites.
Data Retention
We retain order, booking and account information for as long as necessary to provide our services, resolve any disputes, and meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations. You may request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
Your Information Is Safe With Us
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access, including encrypted password storage and access controls on our admin systems.
