The terms that apply when you use this website and order from Motion Subaru.

Orders
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Paynow — an unpaid or abandoned cart does not reserve stock.
Collection
All orders are collected in person from the Motion Subaru workshop — we do not offer delivery. We will contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp once your order is ready, and ask that you bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting. Parts Compatibility
While we make every effort to accurately list vehicle compatibility for each part based on make, model, generation and year, fitment can vary between production runs and trim levels. We recommend using the "Request Confirmation" option on any product page before purchase — especially for parts with multiple generation variants or engine codes — so we can verify fitment against your specific Subaru.
Service & Booking Requests
Service and diagnostic bookings made through this website are requests, not confirmed appointments, until a member of our team contacts you to confirm the date and time. We reserve the right to reschedule a booking where required, and will always aim to give you as much notice as possible.
Pricing & Availability
We take reasonable care to ensure prices and stock levels shown on this website are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or availability error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to confirm at the correct price, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Changes to These Terms
Motion Subaru may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Continued use of this website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
