Every order is prepared and collected in person — here's exactly how it works.
In-Store Collection Only
All orders placed through this website are collected in person from the Motion Subaru workshop — there is no delivery fee, and no waiting on a courier. Once your payment is confirmed via Paynow, we prepare your order and notify you as soon as it's ready to collect.
How Collection Works

Place Your Order
Add parts to your cart and check out securely with Paynow (EcoCash, OneMoney or card).

We Prepare It
Once payment is confirmed, we pull and check your parts against your order.

We Notify You
You'll hear from us by phone, email or WhatsApp as soon as it's ready.

Collect In-Store
Bring your order confirmation and ID to collect from our workshop during opening hours.
What to Bring
- Your order confirmation (email or order number)
- A valid form of ID matching the name on the order
- If collecting on someone else's behalf, their order number and your ID
